Guji Shakiso Wolde 12D is a Heirloom Arabica from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,900–2,200 meters. The coffee undergoes a Dynamic 12 Days fermentation process. Its flavor profile combines mixed berry notes with black tea, honey, and floral jasmine. SCA score: 86.
