Colombia Tolima Piendamo is an Arabica coffee from the Tolima region and Piendamo terroir in Colombia. Produced by Jose Edwin Barzon at FFC farm, the coffee is naturally processed and greenhouse-dried. Grown at an altitude of 1,800–1,950 meters, it offers a complex profile combining cherry, red apple, maple syrup, prune, dark chocolate, and wine-like fermentation notes. SCA score: 86.5.
At MadLads we carefully select green beans and roast them in small batches to fully reveal the potential nature gave them. This lot works great both for an everyday morning cup and for a slow weekend brew.
