El Salvador Santa Ana Ilamatepec comes from the Santa Ana region near the Ilamatepec Volcano. The coffee is produced by Tomas S. Trigueros, a third-generation coffee producer from El Salvador.
At Finca El Cipres, the Natural process is carried out using raised African drying beds. The drying period takes around four weeks, allowing the coffee to develop a complex and expressive profile. It offers a fruity and floral aroma, round body, creamy mouthfeel, structured acidity, and a lingering finish.
At MadLads we carefully select green beans and roast them in small batches to fully reveal the potential nature gave them. This lot works great both for an everyday morning cup and for a slow weekend brew.
