Brazil Cerrado Patrocinio is an Arabica coffee from the Cerrado region, Patrocinio terroir, Brazil. Produced by Fernando Beloni, this lot consists of Arara, Yellow Catuai, and Catucai varieties. Naturally processed and patio-dried, the coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,000–1,200 meters. Its aromatic and flavor profile features notes of lime, milk chocolate, almond, and caramel. SCA score: 83.25.
At MadLads we carefully select green beans and roast them in small batches to fully reveal the potential nature gave them. This lot works great both for an everyday morning cup and for a slow weekend brew.
